This page explains how COC Rank Tracker uses information to provide account, village tracking and feedback features.
Information in your tracker account
If you create an account, the site uses your email address and sign-in session to identify your tracker account. You can save Clash of Clans villages to that account. For each village, the tracker may store its player tag and profile fields such as name, Town Hall level, trophies and league, along with battle logs, weekly results, season summaries, notes, goals and reminder preferences that you enter or save.
When you look up a player, the site requests public player profile information from the Clash of Clans API through the tracker server. The tracker also uses Supercell-hosted profile images where available. Supercell’s services have their own privacy practices.
Where information is processed
Supabase provides account sign-in and storage for saved tracker data. Vercel hosts the site. These providers also handle information under their own policies: Supabase Privacy Policy and Vercel Privacy Policy.
The site records the latest signed-in activity time and one activity-day entry per account per UTC day. This is based on recent interaction while a page is visible and is used for site usage summaries. The tracker does not send page URLs in this activity request. Separately, saved battle updates can create reporting events containing the account, village and record identifiers, save type and timestamp. Operational diagnostics record a small category and timestamp, not the player name, request payload or error text. Scheduled cleanup targets diagnostic events older than 90 days. Saved tracker records, activity-day records and save reporting do not have a fixed automatic expiry; use the deletion controls described below to remove your tracker account data.
For signed-in daily and weekly trackers, the site also records tracker opens, battle-entry milestones, save attempts and their outcomes to identify setup and saving problems. These events contain the account identifier, daily or weekly tracker type, timestamp, a coarse mobile/desktop category, app version, and a fixed error category. They do not contain typed battle values, player tags, page URLs, raw errors or keystroke histories. Saved battles are confirmed separately by the database. Events are visible only to the site administrator and are deleted when the tracker account is deleted; there is no fixed automatic expiry.
Browser storage
The site uses browser storage for preferences such as the selected appearance and village, cached profile information, and unsaved daily or weekly tracker drafts. Signing out clears some local settings. When you delete your tracker account, the site attempts to clear account- and village-related tracker storage from that browser. Browser storage may remain if the browser blocks that cleanup, and it is separate from the saved account data on the server. You can clear this site’s browser data in your browser settings; doing so may remove drafts or preferences you have not saved.
Feedback
If you send feedback, the form sends your email address, report type, subject and message to the site’s email-delivery provider, Brevo, for delivery to the site operator. You may also attach a PNG, JPEG or WebP screenshot up to 1 MB. Feedback reports are delivered by email and are held separately from your saved tracker records. Account deletion does not remove email copies of feedback. Contact the site operator for requests about those copies. See Brevo’s Privacy Policy for its handling of information.
Exports and deletion
You can download a JSON backup of a village’s tracker data or a CSV of its battle records. Downloads are files on your device; the site cannot remove copies you keep or share outside the tracker.
Deleting a village removes its saved tracker records, summaries, note, goal and preferences from the tracker database. Deleting your tracker account also deletes its villages and associated tracker records, and signs out the account. Account deletion attempts to clear related browser storage as described above. Deletion does not erase downloaded exports or copies held by other services. Hosting and email providers may retain backups or operational records under their own retention policies.
Analytics and external links
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate site usage statistics. According to Vercel, it can record page URLs, referring sites, approximate location, browser and device details, without third-party analytics cookies. See Vercel Web Analytics privacy information.
